A Classical Approach to Education

In addition to studying Latin and emphasizing our own context of Western Civilization, Classical means educating developmentally, that is “with the grain” —

Young children find it easy to memorize and chant. At this stage, the ABC's of each subject are put in place.

Preteens find it easy to debate and question. At this stage, the logic of each subject is taught.

Young adults are more expressive and independent. At this stage, the student is taught how to think and present himself and his ideas persuasively.
